A peer advocate is a young person who can support other young people to get something stopped, started or changed. NYAS believes that young people who have experienced similar issues as other young people can become very good peer advocates.

NYAS offers accredited training through the Open College Network to support young people to understand the role and responsibilities of being a peer advocate.

If you are interested in becoming a peer advocate please email us on participation@nyas.net
